EZPZ User Agreement (Terms of Service)

Welcome to EZPZ! This User Agreement is a legal contract between you EZPZ mobile app (the “App”).
EZPZ is a free activity-finder app that helps you discover fun things to do. You answer simple questions in the App, and our AI (powered by ChatGPT) suggests activities based on your answers. The App is free to download and use, with optional paid Premium features available via in-app purchase or subscription.2. Accounts and Data
You may create an account using your email and a password.
We only collect and store your email address and password (passwords are securely hashed).
We do not collect any other personal data, location data, activity history, or usage data.
Your questions and answers are sent to the AI only to generate activity suggestions and are not stored by us after the suggestion is provided.
You are responsible for keeping your password secure. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.3. Premium Subscription
Premium unlocks extra features (such as more suggestions, priority results, or ad-free experience).
Premium is a recurring subscription billed through your app store (Apple or Google).
You can cancel anytime through your app store settings.
No refunds for partial periods unless required by law.
4. Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
Use the App only for lawful purposes.
Not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the App.
Not use the App to promote illegal, harmful, or offensive activities.
Provide accurate information when creating your account.
5. AI-Generated Content
Activity suggestions are generated by third-party AI (ChatGPT). We do not guarantee that suggestions are accurate, safe, appropriate, or available. Always use your own judgment and common sense before trying any suggested activity. We are not responsible for any outcomes resulting from AI suggestions.6. Intellectual Property
The App, its design, logos, and all content (except your questions) are owned by EZPZ or its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App without our permission.
You retain ownership of your questions, but you grant us a limited license to use them solely to provide the service.
7. Disclaimers
The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” We make no warranties of any kind, including that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI suggestions will meet your needs. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including any activity you choose based on AI suggestions.8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EZPZ and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (or $10 if you used only the free version).9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of this Agreement. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.10. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this Agreement occasionally. We will notify you by posting the new version in the App and updating the Effective Date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the new terms.11. Governing Law
